    Le Saunier de Camargue sea salt is a natural product from the South of France, created by the sun, the Mediterranean breezes, the wide-open spaces and age-old know-how.
    Naturally white, it is harvested from the Aigues-Mortes salt marshes, an area of unspoilt countryside that offers a rare biodiversity. The salt marshes are a real refuge for many species and are also a meeting point between the Mediterranean and the Camargue.
    A reflection of this generous land, Le Saunier de Camargue sea salt has naturally found its place as an essential ingredient of Southern cuisine, subtly bringing out the gentle flavours of this sunny gastronomy to perfection.
